- 4 bacon rashers
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped

1Preheat grill.

2Sprinkle oysters with a few drops of sauce. Remove rind from bacon and cut into fine julienned strips. Pile bacon on top of each oyster to completely cover and grill for 3-4 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

3Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
