  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Picante sauce
  • 1 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 med. tomatoes, seeded & chopped (can use canned, drained tomatoes)
  • 1 lg. red or green pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. sour cream (can use nonfat)
  • 3/4 c. each Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 corn tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat with onion, garlic & peppers; Pour off fat and add picante sauce, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt & pepper, cumin and chili powder.
