- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
- 3 tablespoons basil leaves
- 1/2 chopped bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn
Directions

1Grind the garlic, shallots, curry powder and peppercorns into a paste. Put the paste into a medium sized skillet, and stir-fry the paste until thick. Add in the chicken and the remaining ingredients and stir fry until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
