- 2 lb. deer
- barbecue sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- soy sauce
- hot peppers (if desired)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together (to your own taste) except deer. Slice deer into thin strips.

2Pour mixture over deer to cover. Salt and pepper, if desired.

3Refrigerate 48 hours.

4Place deer on oven pan.

5Bake at 100° for 8 hours.

6Remember that 2 pounds of meat makes 1/2 pound of jerky.
