- 1 cabbage
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut cabbage and cook in salted water until desired tenderness; drain and put in a 2-quart casserole dish.

2Stew onion and bell pepper in tomatoes until tender; salt and pepper to taste.

3Pour over cabbage and toss.

4Top with grated cheese.

5Bake in a 325° oven until heated through and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
