- 2 pt. curd or yogurt
- 6 green chillies
- 3 cardamoms
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped coriander
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic

1Joint the chicken.

2Chop the ginger and 2 green chillies fine. Slit remaining chillies and fry in melted butter with cardamoms, ginger and garlic.
