- 1 whole chicken
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin seed
- 1 green pepper
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, crushed
- vegetable oil (enough to brown onion)
Directions

1Remove skin and cut chicken into small pieces.

2Fry onion in oil in a pot.

3When it is nearly half brown, put pieces of chicken in the pot.

4Add chili powder, salt, cumin seed, ginger and garlic in it.

5Let it cook about 15 minutes on high heat.

6When the chicken water is almost dry, then add crushed green pepper and tomatoes.

7Cook for a little while on medium heat until tomato juice is dry and the chicken is tender.
