- 3 c. cooked turkey
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 c. frozen English peas, thawed
- 8 oz. can sliced, drained water chestnuts
- 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
- 4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 oz. Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Directions

1Combine turkey, soup, peas, chestnuts, mushrooms, celery, salt, pepper and sour cream.

2Cook over medium heat until hot. Pour into 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish.

3Unroll rolls into 2 long rectangles.

4Place over turkey mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

6Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.

7Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown.
