Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Oil (may Need A Little More To Achieve Desired Consistency)
  • 1/4 cups Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Raw Walnut Halves
  • 1 cup Raw Whole Almonds
  • 1 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

Directions

    Combine pitted dates and water in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 40 seconds.

    Drain water off of the dates and then combine the dates and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor.

    Process, continuing to stop and scrape the sides of the processor every few seconds.

    You may need to add a bit more coconut oil after a couple of minutes of processing.

    Process to the consistency that you desire.

    If you have kids that you are feeding these to you may want to process the nuts up a bit more.

    Roll into small balls.

    Store in the refrigerator (for 1-2 weeks) or freeze them for later.
