- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- fish fillets (bass, perch, etc.)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2Set aside.

3Rinse fish fillets; pat dry with paper towel.

4Soak in egg mixture and bread with crumbs.

5Fry fillets in small amount of oil until golden brown.

6When fillets are almost cooked, pour a capful of lemon juice in frying pan and cover.

7Serve immediately.
