- 8 Red potatoes, cut into 1-2 inch chunks
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add potatoes and cook about 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.

4Stir and cook, covered, until potatoes are fully cooked and begin to crisp.
