  • 2 dash steak seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese

    Heat a deep skillet with the olive oil and butter.

    Season steaks and place in sizzling skillet.

    Cook on medium to medium low heat.

    Cook to your liking.

    Sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese.

    Once steaks are cooked, let rest before serving.
