Pan Seared Garlic Squid

  • squid 1 kgr., cleaned
  • olive oil to taste
  • garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley coarsely chopped
  • salt
  • 1 lemon

Directions

    Wash the squid and set it aside.

    Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and add the garlic. Fry the garlic just a few minutes, being careful not to overcook.

    Add squid and cook slowly until they are tender, then increase the heat slightly to get the squid to a golden brown color.

    Season with salt.

    Serve the squid with lemon juice to taste and garnished with plenty of parsley.
