Pan Seared Garlic Squid

- squid 1 kgr., cleaned
- olive oil to taste
- garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley coarsely chopped
- salt
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Wash the squid and set it aside.

2Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and add the garlic. Fry the garlic just a few minutes, being careful not to overcook.

3Add squid and cook slowly until they are tender, then increase the heat slightly to get the squid to a golden brown color.

4Season with salt.

5Serve the squid with lemon juice to taste and garnished with plenty of parsley.
