- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 5 whole Eggs
- 1/2 Onions, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- 5 grams Unsalted Butter
Directions

1In a bowl, add flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add eggs and mix with fork until smooth. Add onions and bell pepper, and season with remaining salt.

2Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and spread it like a pancake. Cook for 5 minutes. When the sides start to separate from the pan and the center has cooked, fold like an envelope. Let rest in the pan for 1 minute before transfering to a plate. Repeat with remaining mixture.
