  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. almonds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. buckwheat pancake or waffle mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can vanilla liquid enrich

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

    Measure 1/4 cup per pancake onto griddle or skillet and cook.

    Serve with butter and warm syrup.
