- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. almonds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. buckwheat pancake or waffle mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can vanilla liquid enrich
Directions

1Heat the griddle or skillet.

2In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

3Measure 1/4 cup per pancake onto griddle or skillet and cook.

4Serve with butter and warm syrup.

5Pancakes can be reheated.
