- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk, sour milk or buttermilk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients. Do not beat and leave batter lumpy. Pour individual-size pancakes onto griddle at 350° to 400°. Flip when side becomes saturated with bubbles, then cook until golden brown on bottom. Yield: about 12 to 16 medium cakes.
