- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine flour, egg, milk and salt (if using) in large measuring cup or bowl.

2To save on dishes I use the same measuring cup that I use to measure the milk.

3Let mixture sit for 30 minutes or longer.

4Heat skillet over med high heat and Melt 1 TB butter or margarine.

5Pour in 2-3 TB of pancake mixture in hot skillet for each pancake (pancakes should be small and thin).

6Cook until small bubbles form, turn and cook other side.

7These cook very quickly.

8Serve with butter and maple syrup.
