  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 large chopped green pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice or noodles
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown meat; add onion and pepper.
