- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Directions

1Combine the milk and vinegar to sour(5 minutes).

2Once soured, and the rest of the wet ingrediants.

3Combine all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

4Then add dry to wet.

5If you want, now you can add things like blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips, anything goes with this.

6On prepared and oiled skillet, spoon or measure out your pancakes.

7You'll know it's time to flip them when bubbles appear at the top of the pancakes.

8Once cooked, add syrup or any other topping you want.

9NOTE: if you to avoid all the milk and vinegar trouble, you can just leave out the vinegar.
