Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Directions

    Combine the milk and vinegar to sour(5 minutes).

    Once soured, and the rest of the wet ingrediants.

    Combine all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Then add dry to wet.

    If you want, now you can add things like blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips, anything goes with this.

    On prepared and oiled skillet, spoon or measure out your pancakes.

    You'll know it's time to flip them when bubbles appear at the top of the pancakes.

    Once cooked, add syrup or any other topping you want.

    NOTE: if you to avoid all the milk and vinegar trouble, you can just leave out the vinegar.
