- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of nutmeg
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg in mixing bowl.

3Beat lightly, but leave batter a little lumpy.

4Melt butter in 12-inch skillet.

5When very hot, pour in batter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes to golden brown.

6Sprinkle with sugar and put briefly back in oven.

7Sprinkle with lemon juice.

8Serve with raspberry jam.
