  • 34 cup plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar (White or Brown will do)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 20 g butter or 20 g margarine, to melt
  • little extra butter (for cooking) or margarine (for cooking)

Directions

    Measure Flour into a bowl.

    Add a pinch of salt.

    Crack the egg into a different bowl and whisk well.

    When whisked, add the milk.

    Place 20g of butter of margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

    Now add the melted butter to the pancake mixture.

    Add some non-melted butter to a frypan and heat.

    Pour some batter into the pan.

    Cook for 45 seconds, then flip it.

    Cook on the other side for another 45 seconds.

    Put onto a plate and ENJOY!
