- 34 cup plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar (White or Brown will do)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 20 g butter or 20 g margarine, to melt
- little extra butter (for cooking) or margarine (for cooking)
Directions

1Measure Flour into a bowl.

2Add a pinch of salt.

3Crack the egg into a different bowl and whisk well.

4When whisked, add the milk.

5Place 20g of butter of margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

6Now add the melted butter to the pancake mixture.
-
7Add some non-melted butter to a frypan and heat.
-
8Pour some batter into the pan.
-
9Cook for 45 seconds, then flip it.
-
10Cook on the other side for another 45 seconds.

11Put onto a plate and ENJOY!
