- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 beaten eggs
Directions

1Sift together flour and salt.

2Add milk and eggs.

3Cook pancakes one at a time in a medium skillet using 1/2 tablespoon of butter, piping hot.

4Pour 1/4 cup (slight) batter in skillet and tip skillet to allow thin batter to coat the skillet.

5When brown on one side, turn and brown other side.

6Turn out on plate.
-
7Spread with sugar or jelly and roll up.
