  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 3 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • paprika

Directions

    Brown sausage.

    Drain.

    Layer sausage, cheeses and chilies in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix eggs, milk and flour until well blended.

    Pour over layered mixture.

    Decorate top with chili strips in lattice design.

    Sprinkle with paprika.
