- 1-1/2 cup (375) milk
- 125 g caster sugar
- 1-1/8 tbsp. gelatine powder
- 1 tbsp. grappa
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 vanila bean
Directions

1In a sauce pan bring to a very low simmer the milk + cream + vanilla extract + sugar and vanila bean.

2when it starts to simmer turn the heat off and add the grappa.

3Whisk in the gelatine powder, until it is completely dissolved Strain the mixture to a jug Pour the mixture into dariole moulds Place it in the fridge until it sets
