  • 1 package Chicken (any With Bones And Skin, 1 Prefer Thighs, About 15 To A Package)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • Salt, Pepper, Seasoned Salt, Italian Seasoning, Rosemary, To Taste
  • Olive Oil, Enough For Brushing On The Chicken

    Start by washing off your chicken.

    I normally use the Safeway thighs and there are about 15 in a package.

    Place chicken in a pan, any kind will do, and brush it with olive oil.

    Season chicken with the salt, pepper, seasoning salt, Italian season and rosemary to taste.

    Cut up the butter and place in between the chicken and on top.

    Yes I realize this makes me a huge fatty but I dont care.

    And after you have this chicken you wont care either.

    Cook for an hour at 415F (or if youre a freak like me, 1.5 hours Im terrified of undercooked chicken).

    The skin will be crispy and the chicken will be falling of the bone.

    This goes really well with mac and cheese.
