- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 pt. boiling water
- 1/2 c. almonds, blanched
- 12 marshmallows, finely cut
- 12 maraschino cherries, coarsely cut
- 6 macaroons, crushed
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cream, whipped
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

2Chill. When slightly thickened, beat to consistency of whipped cream.

3Combine nuts, marshmallows, cherries, macaroons, sugar and salt.

4Add to Jell-O. Fold in cream.

5Turn into loaf pan (7 x 5 x 3-inch). Chill until firm.
