- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. Tabasco
- 5 onions, chopped
- 8 lb. beef ribs
Directions

1Bring all ingredients but ribs to a boil.

2Reduce to a simmer. Add ribs and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until done.

3Turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes more.
