  • 2 gal. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. Tabasco
  • 5 onions, chopped
  • 8 lb. beef ribs

Directions

    Bring all ingredients but ribs to a boil.

    Reduce to a simmer. Add ribs and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until done.

    Turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes more.
