- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 6 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves
- 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. white wine
- fresh chopped parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475°.

2Melt butter in pan.

3Coat chicken with bread crumbs.

4Arrange halves in pan of melted butter.

5Bake for 10 minutes; turn over.

6Bake 10 minutes longer.

7Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

8Arrange mushrooms around chicken.

9Pour broth and wine over chicken.

10Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice; garnish with parsley if desired.
