- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons fat-free parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions

1Peel potatoes, and cut into quarters. Brush with olive oil.

2Place remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and mix. Add potatoes to bag; shake to coat.

3Arrange in baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour, turning once.

4Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little more Parmesan cheese.
