Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. powdered milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast into warm water.

2Sift together and mix the flour, milk, sugar and salt.

3Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.

4Knead in enough flour to keep dough from sticking to hands.

5Pat or roll out and cut with small orange juice can. Dip in melted butter.

6Fold into pocketbooks.

7Allow to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

8Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

9May be frozen after this step.

10When taken from freezer, allow 3 hours to thaw and rise.
