- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups natural whole almonds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2In small bowl, mix all ingredients except egg whites and almonds set aside.

3In large bowl, whisk egg whites until they begin to form soft peaks and are opaque.

4Add almonds and toss to coat.

5Add cheese mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.

6Oil or coat a baking sheet with vegetable cook spray.

7Arrange almonds on baking sheet in single layer.

8Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes.

9Gently toss almonds and arrange again in single layer.

10Continue to bake for 15 minutes longer; toss gently.

11Turn off oven.

12Leave almonds in oven with door ajar for 20 minutes.

13Remove from oven and cool completely.
