  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 3/4 Cup parmesan cheese
