- 1 tsp. minced dried onion
- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Trim crusts from 8 slices of bread.

2Spread each slice with a heaping teaspoonful of mayonnaise mixture and cut into 3 fingers. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese.

3Bake at 350° until they become bubbly and brown (about 8 minutes).
