  • 1 lb. ziti macaroni
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb. smoked ham, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 brick Monterey Jack cheese, cut in chunks
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar Seven Seas Parmesan dressing or to taste
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook and boil macaroni until done. Cool macaroni under cold water.

    Take rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    A nice cold salad for summer.

    You can substitute regular Parmesan dressing with a fat-free Parmesan.
