Parmesan Potatoes

  • large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Put the potatoes, milk, salt and pepper in the top of your double boiler over boiling water.

    Cook for thirty minutes.

    Pour this mixture into a baking dish.

    Pour cream on top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over entire dish.

    Bake at 350° for twenty minutes.
