- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 6 large baking potatoes
Directions

1Combine flour, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a clean, small paper bag.

2Pour melted margarine into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread to cover bottom of pan.

3Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise.

4Moisten potatoes in water.

5Place potato quarters, a few at a time, in paper bag with flour/cheese mixture.

6Shake to coat, place in baking dish.

7Bake at 375° for one hour, turning once.
