- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package, drain.

2In large skillet, melt oleo and cook broccoli and mushrooms until tender.

3Add hot spaghetti and remaining ingredients.

4Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

5Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
