- 1 12 cups rice
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup oil
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup white wine
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 34 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pitted black olives
Directions

1Brown rice and onions in butter or oil.

2Add 3 cups boiling water.

3Cover.

4Cook until rice is nearly done.

5Add 1 cup white wine, 3 tomatoes, chopped, 1 1/2 t. salt, dash pepper.

6Cook 12 minutes.

7Stir in 3/4 cup grated Parmesan and 1 cup pitted black olives, sliced.

8Heat thoroughly and serve.
