Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Remove stems from tomatoes and halve crosswise.

    Place cut side up, in small baking dish.

    Combine all remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato tops.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
