- partridge breast meat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- very fine bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- deep fat
Directions

1Cut finer sized pieces of the partridge breast.

2Melt butter and add the lemon juice.

3Dip the partridge pieces in the butter mixture and spread out on a plate and let set for a few minutes. Roll the pieces in the bread crumbs.

4Dip the pieces in the egg and roll in crumbs again.

5Fry in fat until done, about 5 minutes.
