Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese; 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento; 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper; 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion; 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. lemon juice; dash of cayenne and salt

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne and salt

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.

Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well.

Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
