- 4 large boned chicken breasts
- 8 slices imported Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cut chicken breasts in half (8 pieces); place in buttered casserole.

2Cover each piece of chicken with slice of Swiss cheese.

3Dilute can of soup with wine; pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken.

4Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.

5Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

6Can be easily doubled.
