- 8 large chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 16 slices bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 4 oz. pkg. chipped beef
Directions

1Roll each chicken breast half in a piece of bacon.

2Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with chipped beef that has been rinsed in water.

3Arrange chicken halves on top.

4Combine soups and sour cream and mix well.

5Spread evenly over chicken.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake, uncovered, at 275° for three hours.

8Serve over rice, spooning sauce over.
