  • 8 large chicken breasts, split, deboned and skin removed
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 oz. dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon.

    Arrange dried beef in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Place chicken on dried beef. Combine soup and sour cream.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 275° for 3 hours.
