  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 recipe Mushroom Sauce

    Split chicken breasts just enough to fold. Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika and dash of pepper in a paper bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
