  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 (16 oz.) box dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

    In medium saucepan, melt chocolate morsels, peanut butter and margarine.

    Pour over cereal and peanuts which have been placed in a large bowl.

    Stir gently.

    Cool completely.

    Powder with confectioners sugar to coat.
