  • 1 (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten

    Stir together sugar and next 7 ingredients until blended. Add eggs, stirring well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes, shielding edges of crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Cool completely on wire rack.
