  • Mashed potatoes (can use instant)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Directions

    Mash potatoes (leave very thick).

    Add garlic salt, 1 stick butter, sour cream, and cream cheese.

    Mix all ingredients very well.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Use last stick of butter to cut into pieces and place on top of potatoes.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
