- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. carton sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Touch of paprika
- Chives
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes.

2Boil until tender and drain. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended.

3Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5Add chives and toss carefully.

6Put in a 2 quart greased casserole.

7Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
