Ingredients

  • 4 pkg. cherry or lime jello
  • 2 qt. hot water
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 qt. cold water
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 2 large cans pineapple juice
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 2 large bottles ginger ale

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sugar. Add remaining ingredients, except ginger ale.

    Mix well. Freeze. Before serving, thaw enough to mash with a potato masher. Place in a punch bowl and add the ginger ale. Serves 80.
